Instructions:
There are two parts to the online application process. Part 1 is the Online Application Form.
Part 2 asks for your signature and the signature of your sponsor (if needed) and includes the financial and release statements. Please print it, then fill in the requested information, sign it and mail it, together with your financial support documents, the $100.00 application fee, and an official copy of your transcript and graduation diploma (with English translation) to the Language and Culture Center office in Houston:

Part 2 must be mailed because we need an original of your signature.
PLEASE NOTE: Part 2 and the $100.00 application fee must arrive at the LCC office at least six (6) weeks prior to the registration day of the term for which you are applying.
After receipt of Parts 1 and 2, applicants should allow at least two working days for applications to be processed. Upon acceptance, students are sent an admission packet with an I-20, admission letter, and important arrival information. Overseas students are advised, however, to send all application documents at least six (6) weeks before the beginning of the term in which they intend to enroll. Admission documents can be express mailed when a $55 express mail payment is enclosed with the application.
We must receive both parts of the Online Application, including the $100.00 application fee, in order to send your admission packet.
